Welcome to an innovative training experience. You will learn skills that are critical for business success in the 21st century. You will learn Organization Development skills and People Management skills.These are the skills necessary for building a large organization in the environment of today.
Your technical skills and interests, such as carpentry, programming, or culinary arts etc are the reason you want to build a business. You will need excitement about your particular skills or interests enough to help you move through the growing pains. It is true, you can build a business with these skills, but building a large business demands skills in addition to the industry skills and interests you already possess.
These courses will help you get there.
The training is video based. Questions and concerns can be shared in the Chat and through email. I will commit to getting back to you as soon as I possibly can.
The evaluation will be self evaluation basically. In other words there will be Questions and Application exercises at the end of each module. It is totally up to you to complete the Application exercises.
The Application exercise requires lots of writing. If you are not a writer, just slowly take your time and complete the Applications. This will give you a strong knowledge of the skills and will help you build a strong Vision for your business. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP. Just be patient with yourself and know that the exercises will be extremely beneficial to you, even if they seem redundant or useless. You are engraining successful business practices into your thinking. You are designing your Business Architecture. Completing the Applications exercises is easier with the Workbook that accompanies the course. Available on Amazon.
Some people are good at diagramming their thoughts. If you are, you will have an excellent picture of your Major Business as you answer the questions and apply them to your situation. I have included an example of a mind map you could use for your Business Architecture.
I know you will enjoy this course and be very successful as you apply the skills and tools you learn.
Each Part of the course will consists of 3 or 4 modules. Each module is approximately 20 minutes long. You can do these at your own pace, however setting a time limit helps you complete the course in a timely manner.
Course 1 is a fundamental course for Business Architecture for Kingdom Ambassadors. All of the additional skills and tools you learn will depend upon the strength of the Foundation you have built. Consequently, your business will only be as strong as your Foundation. Replication or planting more businesses will not happen without a strong Foundation. Therefore, Course 1 must precede all other courses in the Business Architecture for Kingdom Ambassadors series. You will be keenly aware of this as you progress through the courses.
A workbook accompanies this course to serve as written explanation of your Business Architecture. It can also be a foundation for your formal Business Plan.
