I have been a student of business development and management for many years and I still enjoy discovering the new methods available well as seeing old methods confirmed. I have been an owner of a small business for about 15 years and I understand first hand what it is like to to try to sustain and grow a new business. It is not easy. However, the more you know the faster and stronger you will grow. That’s what I want to help you do with this series of books. I want to help you gain as much information as possible about business management and development as you can, preferably, before you open the doors of your enterprise. If you are already running your business, this information can still be helpful for helping you become even better at what you do.
I have highlighted the importance of some concepts because of their critical nature. You will see some words and terms consistently capitalized. Some things must be done, if you want a successful organization. Building a strong business is one of those things that must be done if you want a successful enterprise. Managing people is an area that many business development programs and courses do not emphasize enough. People management is probably the greatest skill you should have as the founder of a major enterprise. A strong business foundation will help you manage your workers effectively. Actually, it is the basis for the creation of a work place that people enjoy coming to everyday. Wouldn’t that be a wonderful phenomenon? You must have committed people. There is no way you can build a large business alone. Even if it is an online business, you still need people to help you as you grow. A strong business foundation will help you manage your business and it’s people with assurance.
As a Kingdom ambassador, always consult with Holy Spirit for direction and clarity. Carefully read this book and consider what you have read, then design your business foundation first in general terms and then get as specific as possible. Thinking through what you plan to do will reveal many things to you that you had not considered. Take your time and do this with great consideration. You will begin to see your business coming together in a miraculous way. You will then be able to take steps with assurance. About the author.
I am passionate about helping businesses grow and prosper. We now have available to us, the compiled results of many years of scientific research that describes the best skills to practice for successful business development. These skills have been proven over and over again to make business sustainable and profitable. At GeniusCore, I want to guide as many businesses as possible through this heavily researched procedure. My focus is on the organization development side of business management. I have more than 20 years experience in Training and Management Development. As a perpetual strategist, I am constantly researching state of the art business skills that grow business and I am anxious to share this information with our people. This is an exciting venture for me and I am getting prepared to grow a list of successful startups that grew to big businesses with assistance from GeniusCore. My research has resulted in the discovery of a foolproof process for designing and directing a successful enterprise. I’m always checking current research to stay ahead of the discipline. My focus is largely on building major businesses. That is, businesses with 100 or more employees. The procedures would work with smaller enterprises, of course, but my emphasis is on building large and growing companies.

I was working as a management trainer when my husband and I started the business. Much of what I learned while teaching helped us enjoy the success we achieved. However, with hindsight and constant research, I see so many things we did wrong. My constant research gives me good reference when analyzing business effectiveness and efficiency. I am fully aware of time-tested and state-of-the-art procedures that bring success in this contemporary environment.
